The whole structure: The two open ends of conveyor belt joint connector present “U” shapes. The conveyor belt joint body presents a “T” shape. It makes an integral structure by engaging the two T shapes into the both sides of the U shapes.

The new conveyor belt jointing method: First, peel off the rubber sheet of conveyor belt joint about 100mm in length. Second, apply the cold adhesive (chloroprene rubber adhesive) on both sides of joints surface and insert the joint body into the open ends of the joint connector. Third, fix the joint part by special bolts and nuts according to the hole position on the quick joint connector. Last, nail the barbed sealing nails or attach a sealing adhesive tape on the joint edges to prevent the edge cocked.

The product is suitable for different circumstances, especially for the workplaces that is narrow, high-bench or on a slope.
