After the production of the flat conveyor belt is completed, due to the limited environment or conditions of use, when the endless conveyor belt must be used, the flat conveyor belt will be subject to vulcanized joint(also referred to as hot sticking)to make it become the annular conveyor belt. The strength at the core joint can reach the strength of the belt body.90%, no obvious joint defects on the surface of the belt, therefore, the transportation balance of the endless conveyor belt and small elongation.

The core of the endless conveyor belt is made of high-quality full-cotton or cotton woven canvas, generally 28 layers or nylon canvas(or polyester canvas)as the strong layer. The company can produce suitable length, width and thickness of common type, heat resistant type(≤180℃), cold-resistant type(not less than 40℃), acid-resistant alkali type, high-temperature type(not higher than 200℃)and annular conveyor belt.

1.      the ring conveyor belt is divided into ordinary cotton canvas ring conveyor belt, strong ring conveyor belt, ordinary heat-resistant ring conveyor belt, strong heat-resistant ring conveyor belt, etc.

2.      Core material: cotton canvas, nylon (NN) canvas, polyester (EP) canvas.

3.      The thickness of the covering adhesive is 1.5 - 8 mm and 0 - 4.5 mm for non - working face.
