Acid and alkali resistant filter strip

The covering adhesive is made of rubber-plastic blend and filled with acid-alkali-resistant inert medium, which is superior to neoprene in acid-alkali resistance; the skeleton material is made of high-strength polyester canvas, which is more acid-alkali-resistant than cotton canvas.

Heat resistant filter tape

Mainly used to filter high - temperature materials,800C < heat resistance temperature < 1050C. The covering adhesive adopts ternary B-C compound with superior heat resistance and aging resistance; the skeleton layer adopts high strength polyester canvas, which can be laid with heat-resistant glass cloth between the covering adhesive and the skeleton layer; the drain hole section adopts pure glue structure to effectively block the influence of high temperature and filtrate on the skeleton material; the service life of the filter belt is improved significantly.

Oil-resistant filter belt

Suitable for filtration of all kinds of oil-bearing materials. The covering adhesive adopts high acrylonitrile content butadiene nitrile rubber, and the skeleton layer adopts high strength polyester canvas. It has the advantages of belt deformation, low change rate, high strength and wide range of use.

Cold resistant filter belt

Applicable to temperature at-- 400C-+700C. The skeleton layer is made of polyester canvas, and the covering rubber is made of natural rubber and cis-butadiene rubber.
